•Each piece is custom-crafted specifically for you
•Production begins only after payment and required materials (molds or scans) are received
•Design details must be approved prior to production
 
 
1.3 Deposits
 
Custom design deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are applied toward the final purchase price if the order moves forward.

•Design consultation
•Vendor coordination
•Production preparation

2–5 weeks, or longer depending on the complexity of the grillz.

3.2 Delivery Responsibility
 
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Cavére is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by:

•Carrier delays outside our control
 
 
4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
 
4.1 Custom Orders (Final Sale)
 
Due to the custom nature of our products:
 
All custom-made or personalized items (including grillz) are FINAL SALE.
 
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted unless:
•A verified manufacturing defect is present, or
•The item materially differs from the approved design
 
 
4.2 Fit Disclaimer
 
Proper fit depends on the accuracy of dental impressions or scans provided by the customer.
 
Cavére is not responsible for fit issues caused by:
•Improper impressions
•Customer error during impression taking
•Dental changes after impressions are submitted
 
5. Design Approval & Changes
 
Once a design has been approved:
•No changes are permitted
•Production will proceed based on the approved specifications
•Requests for changes after approval will not be accepted
 
 
6. Intellectual Property
 
All designs, images, logos, and content on this website are the property of Cavére and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
 
 
7. Limitation of Liability

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom-made or engraved items (including Grillz) cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates included. Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
