Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

To start a return, please contact us at support@cavereofficial.com.
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions for sending your item back.

Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (including Grillz).

  • Sale items and gift cards.

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating one.

 

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order for your preferred piece.

 

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@cavereofficial.com.

At Cavère, all products are custom-made and crafted to order. Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final.
 
No Refunds / No Returns
 
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
 
This includes, but is not limited to:
•Custom grillz (top, bottom, or full sets)
•Personalized jewelry of any kind
•Made-to-order pieces using customer-provided specifications or dental molds
 
Once an order is placed and payment is submitted, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed.
 
Deposits & Payments
•All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
•Full payment is required before production begins.
•By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
 
Damages, Defects & Order Issues
 
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
 
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Approved claims will be resolved through repair or replacement only, at Cavère’s discretion. No refunds will be issued.
 
Fit Disclaimer (Grillz)
 
Grillz are created using customer-submitted dental molds or impressions. Cavère is not responsible for fit issues resulting from:
•Improper mold impressions
•Dental changes after molds were taken
•Failure to follow provided mold instructions
 
Refit or remake fees may apply if adjustments are required.
 
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
 
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after placing an order violates these terms and may result in order cancellation, forfeiture of payments, and permanent refusal of future service.
